Gas Fee Predictor

Terms of Service

Last updated April 25, 2026

These terms govern your use of Gas Fee Predictor (the “Service”), a free utility for monitoring Ethereum gas conditions and timing transactions. By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Gas Fee Predictor surfaces live Ethereum gas prices, a short-term pattern-based forecast, optional account-backed alerts, and an embeddable widget. The Service is provided free of charge as a utility; there is no paid plan, subscription, or in-product purchase.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact us immediately.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape at abusive volume, or otherwise attempt to disrupt the Service.
  • Use the Service to transmit unlawful, harassing, or abusive content.
  • Resell or rebrand the Service or its data without our written consent.
  • Bypass rate limits, security controls, or our providers' terms (Supabase, Resend, Etherscan, CoinGecko, RPC providers).

4. Forecasts are informational, not advice

The forecast is generated by combining live gas data with recurring timing patterns. It is directional and best used as a timing aid — not a guarantee of future gas conditions and not a prediction of any particular block's base fee or priority tip.

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Decisions you make about transacting on Ethereum are entirely your own. We make no representation that the Service will prevent loss from gas spikes, MEV activity, mempool congestion, or other on-chain conditions.

5. Third-party data and services

Live gas data is sourced from public Ethereum RPC endpoints and oracles such as Etherscan. Market data comes from CoinGecko. Email is delivered via Resend. Authentication runs on Supabase. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or terms.

6. Service availability

The Service is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, including alerts, the widget, or specific forecast timeframes. We do not guarantee uptime, latency, or that data will be free of errors.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Gas Fee Predictor or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or transaction costs, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to USD $100 in the aggregate.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the Service or other users.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
